Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using this Learning Management System (LMS), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. 2. Use License Permission is granted to temporarily access the courses and materials on our LMS for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not: • Modify or copy the materials • Use the materials for any commercial purpose • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations • Transfer the materials to another person • Share your account credentials with others 3. Course Access • Enrolled students receive lifetime access to purchased courses • Course content may be updated without notice • We reserve the right to discontinue courses with 30 days notice • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if less than 30% of course is completed 4. User Accounts • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality • You must provide accurate registration information • One account per person • Accounts found sharing credentials will be suspended 5. Intellectual Property All course content, including videos, documents, and materials, are protected by copyright and owned by the respective instructors or our platform. 6. Student Conduct Students agree to: • Respect instructors and fellow students • Not engage in harassment or inappropriate behavior • Not share course materials outside the platform • Provide honest feedback and reviews 7. Payment Terms • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated • Payment is required before course access • Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled • Refund policy applies as stated above 8. Limitation of Liability We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. 9. Privacy Your use of our LMS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. 10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms. 11.
